p99o Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the p99o website accessible at p99o.org and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, game lobbies, betting interfaces, and account management pages.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the p99o Platform or accesses any p99o service.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their p99o account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited to a Player's account by p99o pursuant to an active promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification via CNIC or other acceptable government-issued Pakistani identification documents.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting funds become available for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by p99o's operational policies.

By completing the registration process on p99o, by making a deposit, or by using any game or betting service offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

p99o reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or through an on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account and cease using the Platform immediately.

To register an account and use the p99o Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. p99o enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request CNIC or equivalent documentation to verify age at the KYC stage. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by p99o from time to time.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or been the subject of an account closure by p99o for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of p99o or its associated companies.
• You hold a valid Pakistani bank account, JazzCash mobile wallet, or EasyPaisa mobile wallet in your own name for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

p99o reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during any ongoing security review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. p99o strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available from the account security settings page.

You must notify p99o immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. p99o will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Do not share your p99o password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not access your p99o account from a shared, public, or unsecured device or network.
• Ensure your registered email address and phone number remain current and accessible at all times.
• Contact p99o support immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been compromised.

p99o will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from p99o requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

All deposits on p99o are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Direct Transfer, UBL Direct Transfer, and Meezan Bank Direct Transfer. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in PKR immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• p99o does not charge fees on deposits, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• In the event of a failed deposit where funds have been deducted from your payment account but not credited to your p99o wallet, please contact support with proof of the transaction for investigation.
• p99o reserves the right to apply deposit limits to accounts in line with responsible gaming obligations or risk management requirements.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the Player having completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the time of request.

• KYC verification must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and may include proof of address documentation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• p99o reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. Such checks are conducted for your protection and may delay processing by up to 48 hours in exceptional cases.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be refused.
• p99o does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees applied by the receiving bank or mobile wallet provider are outside p99o's control.

p99o offers a range of promotional bonuses to its players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion is offered. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds are credited separately to your Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are listed in the individual bonus terms. Live casino games and sports bets may carry reduced contribution rates.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonus credits is prohibited.
• p99o reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing wagering obligations in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Where p99o suspects that a Player is exploiting bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other method deemed abusive, p99o reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

All games available on the p99o Platform — including live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules supplied by the respective game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others). By participating in any game on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as published by the provider.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or software error affecting the outcome of a game round, p99o reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. p99o will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such technical events.

• All games on p99o use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set algorithmically and may change up until the start of the relevant event. Bets placed before a material odds change are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at p99o's discretion, for example during stoppages in play, VAR reviews, or other significant events.
• p99o reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p99o Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or misuse of payment systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward p99o staff or other players via the support chat or any other platform communication channel.

p99o employs advanced fraud detection and behavioural analysis systems to identify prohibited conduct. These systems operate continuously and are updated regularly to detect new methods of abuse.

p99o is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty. p99o provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and a 7-day cooling-off period applies before limits can be increased.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on your daily session duration.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals displaying your session duration and net gaming result.

All content on the p99o Platform — including but not limited to the p99o brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, written content, promotional materials, and game assets supplied by third-party providers — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the property of p99o or the respective rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without express written consent from p99o.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform software.
• Use the p99o brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content for commercial or public purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p99o's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p99o shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any cause beyond p99o's reasonable control.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any reliance placed by a Player on promotional content, odds information, or game-related information that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to technical error.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit p99o's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

p99o reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notification displayed upon next login to the Platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, your sole recourse is to close your account and cease using the Platform.

p99o may also introduce new products, services, or promotional programmes that carry their own supplementary terms. Such supplementary terms will be clearly identified as additions to, not replacements of, these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations as determined by p99o's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, Players are requested to contact the p99o support team in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat service. The support team will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 7 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through informal channels, the Player may escalate the matter in writing to the p99o complaints team at the email address provided on the Contact page.

• All formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
• p99o will issue a final written decision on all formal complaints within 28 days of receipt.
• Players who remain dissatisfied following p99o's final decision may refer the matter to the applicable independent dispute resolution body as directed by p99o's operating licence conditions at the time of the complaint.
